Role Purpose

  • This position is responsible for monitoring the operational process, interpreting data during the reporting phase and preparing a report to the brand and informing about the actions to be taken. It makes planning and purchasing in accordance with the brief from the brand. To take an active role in creating projects in accordance with customer needs, if needed. 

Role description

  • Collaborates with internal team to deliver day to day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal team Delivers a point of view around a client’s business/category, culture and consumer by compiling, analysing and interpreting information from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, client provided), and apply to day to day briefs.Repurposes agency thought leadership for clients. Contributes to agency or client thought leadership.Briefs internal working teams and external media publishers/partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms.Keeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responses. This position takes part in business processes such as broadcast entry, use of adserver, campaign initiation and follow-up, reporting, competitor publications & site analysis.

Role Purpose

  •  Definition and implementation of a framework for the end-to-end analysis of the marketing funnel (including re-engagement), UX and product analysis and the analysis of user. 
  • Setup and ongoing optimization of the necessary tracking and analysis tools for (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) 
     Creation of analyzes in the area of customer journey and attribution as well as support in setting up a data warehouse. 
  • Deriving optimization approaches to increase the effectiveness and efficiency for channels and campaigns. 
  • Conception, setup and analysis of A / B tests and experiments to optimize campaigns, channels and products. 
  • Close cooperation with Performance Marketing Team and Clients. 
  •  Participation in the establishment of a data-driven decision-making culture. 
  • Development and implementation of innovative strategies for performance optimization. 
  • Creation of regular KPI reports (e.g. traffic, leads / conversions, media and CRM) 

What we look for

  • At least three years of experience as a digital analyst or in a position with a comparable focus.
  •  Extensive experience in the field of WEB/APP analysis (e.g. with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Firebase, Adjust or similar).
  •  Extensive experience in the field of online marketing (analysis), especially channel and campaign management.
  •  Conversion rate optimization experiences using Google Optimize.
  •  Extensive knowledge of data analysis and visualization via self-service BI (e.g. Google Data Studio) and Google spreadsheets. Good knowledge of tag management and web technologies (e.g. Javascript, HTML and CSS).
  •  Excellent understanding of customer journeys, user behavior & attribution models.
  •  Nice to have: SQL knowledge and experience in dealing with databases and data warehouses are desirable.
     A solution and results-oriented mindset with a high degree of initiative.
  •  Very good spoken and written English skills  

Role Purpose

  • Report to the Marketing Manager daily for feedback and update on all accounts. Develops strong professional relationship with clients on an on-going basis. 
  • Leads and manages all client projects acting as the primary point of contact. 
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, clients and management. 
  • Manages client relationship ensuring client satisfaction by conceiving, planning, designing and executing innovative solutions to client issues. 
  • Develops a solid understanding of the client’s business/industry and how key strategic issues impact client objectives. 
  • Up sell and cross sell to clients on additional products & services. Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts meeting/exceeding sales quotas. 
  • Ensures client retention. 
  • Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, emails and faxes. 
  • Quality control all deliverables to ensure consistency and agency standards met. 
  • Participates in ad hoc special projects as required, and other tasks as assigned. 
  • Responsible for executing the departmental yearly/quarterly/monthly objectives. 
  • This role requires you to speak, write and understand English 100% as you will be dealing with clients in global (fluent English skills are mandatory, both oral and written) 

What we look for

Role Purpose

  • Managing digital marketing operations (Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Yandex, etc. campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing)
  • Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns from beginning to end
  • Focus on 360° digital marketing strategy at the macro level
  • Monitors channel performances and creates action plans
  • Tracks KPIs and distributes budget accordingly
  • Shares market information and introduce new marketing channels
  • Overseeing and managing user acquisition associates in day-to-day operations and optimization
    Creating and analyzing user acquisition reports
    Understanding KPI’s, dynamics, and tools
    Stay up to date with the latest trends and products in the mobile application world
  • Regular reporting of marketing channels
  • Maintain effective communication with clients 

What we look for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject 
  • Good knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising systems, 
  • Having experience on Search, PLA, DPA, Display, Remarketing and Video Ads. 
  • Google Merchant Center experience is a huge plus. 
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager 
  • Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus,
